Experience

Specialist in KKG Legal's Banking and Finance Practice, handling litigation in civil, business, and banking law, with a particular focus on cases involving unauthorized payment transactions and free credit sanctions. She has co-authored a number of legal opinions for banks on European and Polish banking law, specifically in the scope of payment services. In her past practice, she has represented commercial banks and lending institutions at the pre-trial stage, at the pre-trial injunction proceedings stage, in trials, both on the plaintiff's and defendant's sides, and in enforcement proceedings, or as an attorney for the auxiliary prosecutor in criminal cases. Works comprehensively throughout the entire stage of a dispute, providing services to both Polish and foreign clients. Has been providing legal advice to financial sector entities for many years.

The scope of her practice and research interests also includes sustainable development and its financing, as well as entrepreneurs' financial and non-financial reporting obligations under ESG regulations.

She completed the English Law and Legal Methods Summer Program organized by the University of Cambridge. Former member of the Jagiellonian University team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition. Graduated with a Master's in law from the Faculty of Law of Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She is a graduate of the postgraduate "Fiscal and Economic Criminal Law" program at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, as well as the "Banking and Finance for Lawyers" program at the Warsaw School of Economics, where she prepared her diploma work on unauthorized payment transactions as a challenge for the banking sector.
