On March 19–20, 2026, the European Solidarity Center in Gdańsk hosted the Baltic Nuclear Energy Forum 2026—one of the most important events dedicated to nuclear energy in the Baltic Sea region.
As part of the forum, a panel discussion titled “Women in Nuclear” was organized, focusing on career paths in the nuclear industry and the role of women in its development.
The discussion featured Patrycja Wysocka, attorney-at-law, co-managing partner at KKG Legal and a member of Women in Nuclear Polska, who regularly advises on projects related to the energy transition, particularly in the field of nuclear energy. During the panel discussion, she shared her professional experience and legal perspective on the development of the nuclear sector in Poland.
The panel was primarily aimed at secondary school and college students interested in pursuing a career in the nuclear industry. The discussion focused on the practical aspects of working in the sector, the required skills, and opportunities for professional development.
