Julita Zawadzka, attorney-at-law, a partner at KKG Legal, has joined the editorial board of Kwartalnik Prawa Prywatnego as a subject editor.
This journal has played an important role in the Polish academic debate on private law since 1992. The journal publishes articles on topics such as civil law, commercial law, family law, private international law, labor law, and civil procedure.
Starting in 2026, the quarterly journal is entering a new chapter—Wolters Kluwer Polska will serve as a co-publisher of the journal alongside the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences in Kraków. As a result, the KPP will also be available in the LEX system, which will make it more accessible to the legal community.
The new editorial board of KPP will help shape the next phase of the journal’s development, which has long served as an important point of reference for scholars and practitioners of private law.
