Experience
Attorney at law. Specialises in widely understood civil and commercial law, including in particular contract and commercial insurance law.
Her extensive experience also extends to civil law (specifically obligations law, property law), but also labour law and banking law. She cooperated with the team handling procedural matters within the provision of comprehensive legal services for one of Poland’s leading banks.
In her daily work she mainly handles court proceedings, including class actions, from the assessment of the chances of procedural success of entrusted cases at the pre-procedural stage, through to injunction and examination proceedings. In her practice she also focuses on providing comprehensive legal consultancy in business.
She is also interested in criminal law and in German companies law.
