Experience
Attorney-at-law. Specialises in energy law, substantive and procedural civil law, as well as companies law. Has extensive experience in the provision of legal assistance for businesses in matters concerning corporate law.
Represents clients in court proceedings, especially in the scope of civil law and labour law. Participates in transaction connected to mergers, acquisitions, and the disposal of companies. Moreover, she provides legal assistance, in particular in the energy sector, in the area of public procurement. Also represents clients in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber.
A member of the team providing comprehensive legal services to one of the distribution system operators, where she runs complex projects in the field of energy law, and also provides consultancy services in matters of substantive civil law and corporate matters.
Her experience also includes preparing legal opinions and draft agreements in the area of banking law and commercial transactions, including international trade.
