Attorney-at-law. Specialises in substantive civil law, procedural law, and commercial law. She is also interested in the legal protection of business processes.
Possesses vast experience in the co-creation of effective litigation strategies in complicated disputes in the area of civil law and cases related to combating unfair competition. Moreover, in her practice she focuses on legal consultancy for businesses and carries out projects in the scope of investment process coordination as well as corporate and commercial cases.
Currently preparing her PhD dissertation at the Chair of Intellectual Property Law of Jagiellonian University. Her scope of interest extends to legal regulations in the area of technology transfer and trade secret protection. An author of scientific publications and articles in specialist media. She has appeared as a speaker at international academic and professional conferences.
