Possesses extensive experience in the co-creation of effective procedural strategies in complex civil law disputes and in disputes from the scope of combating unfair completion. Moreover, focuses her practice on comprehensive legal consultancy for entities from the energy sector. Advises in the area of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Implements projects in the scope of investment process coordination as well as corporate and commercial matters. Interested in legal regulations in the area of technology transfer and trade secret protection. Currently working on a PhD thesis at the Jagiellonian University Chair of Intellectual Property. Author of scientific publications and articles in specialist press. Speaker at international scientific and professional conferences.
