Experience

Attorney at law, LL.M. (Heidelberg). Specialises in litigation in commercial matters, company law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law.

In his practice, he represents domestic and foreign entrepreneurs in contract disputes, including those concerning investments made under the Public Procurement Law. He acted as an attorney in a number of proceedings concerning multi-million dollar investments in the areas of infrastructure and energy, including renewable energy (RES), which allowed him to gain a thorough understanding of these market sectors. He also took part in the work of the team dealing with comprehensive litigation services for one of the leading banks in Poland.

Moreover, has extensive experience in the field of corporate disputes before common and arbitration courts, resolution of conflicts between shareholders and company bodies, managerial liability issues, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Also represents clients in matters related to bankruptcy law (including the so-called pre-pack) and restructuring (composition and rehabilitation proceedings).

Participated in the development of solutions to many conflicts by means of conciliation and in negotiations and economic mediation. The scope of his experience also includes drawing up legal opinions in the field of civil and commercial law, consulting on draft agreements, and participation in meetings of company shareholders.

For many years now, has devoted a significant part of the practice to advising clients from the German-speaking area and representing them in proceedings in Poland.
