Last Friday, 17 January, the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University held a workshop, "Simulation of an arbitration hearing - hearing of witnesses", which we organised in cooperation with the School of American Law of the Jagiellonian University.

Participants had the opportunity to see how the hearing of witnesses in arbitration proceedings is carried out in practice. The program had no shortage of exciting moments, such as an unruly witness, an inquisitive attorney and a simulation of unexpected situations like a cancelled flight.

The workshop was led by a team from KKG Legal consisting of Maciej Durbas, PhD, partner, Angelika Ziarko, attorney at law, senior associate, and associates: Tomasz Baran, Stanisław Lalik, Artur Zygmunt and Sergiusz Żełobowski.

Thanks to all participants for their participation and active involvement in the workshop!
