We are pleased to announce that Stanislaw Lalik, associate at KKG Legal, won third place in the fourth edition of the "Rejent" competition for his master's thesis entitled. "Admissibility of a Security Power of Attorney".
The "Rejent" competition recognizes the best master's theses in the field of notary law, civil law on notarial activities, and the law on land registers and mortgages. This year's edition evaluated theses that are the basis for master's exams passed in 2023 and by October 31, 2024.
The organizers of the competition were the General Board of the Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland and the Program Council of the "Rejent” monthly magazine.
