On 19 November, Professor Andrzej Kubas, PhD, conducted a class 'Contracts Effective Towards Third Parties' at the postgraduate programme 'Contract Law in Consumer and Professional Transactions' at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
The programme aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills concerning drafting contracts, their interpretation and the evaluation of the provisions contained therein. The course is designed to prepare students to apply the law in practice.
