An online training course "Energy in the Company - a Workshop on Cost Optimization" was held on April 24, 2025, organized by Rzeczpospolita. The event was a response to the current challenges faced by entrepreneurs after the end of the electricity price freeze mechanisms.
The speakers included Patrycja Wysocka, co-managing partner and leader of the Energy & Natural Resources Practice at KKG Legal, who discussed the latest legal solutions to support businesses in optimizing energy costs. Her presentation focused on the opportunities arising from the implementation of new business models - such as PPAs, energy clusters and energy cooperatives - and the importance of energy efficiency in the context of current regulations, ESG requirements and available forms of support.
The training was practical and aimed at those looking for specific, implementable solutions for their companies.
