On 22 January 2025, the 3rd Business Restructuring in Practice Conference was held, organised by Must Read Media Publishing House. The event was an excellent opportunity for practitioners dealing with restructuring law to expand their knowledge on issues such as: creditor detriment in restructuring proceedings, liquidation arrangement as an alternative to entrepreneurial bankruptcy, or the most common reasons for refusal to approve an arrangement.

Katarzyna Kostępska, Partner, leader of KKG Legal’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice, discussed the subject of the Creditors’ Council in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, with particular emphasis on the process of its appointment, the rules of composition and the organisation and conduct of its meetings. The key competencies of this body will also be discussed.

Thank you to the organisers for the opportunity to attend the event and to the participants for their active participation in the conference!
