The INSOL Europe 2025 Eastern European Countries' Committee (EECC) Conference titled “Restructuring: Rebuilding Success” was held in Bucharest on May 9, 2025.
In Session 5, which focused on the challenges and opportunities presented by pre-packs, Katarzyna Kostępska, partner and Leader of the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice at KKG Legal, along with Andreea Deli-Diaconescu and Nikita Lundin, presented an analysis of pre-packs from a Polish perspective. The session was moderated by Harang Georges-Louis.
