We would like to announce that Arkadiusz Radwan, PhD – of counsel, is once again among the laureates in the Gazeta Prawna Daily ranking of the 50 most influential lawyers in Poland 2015. The editorial staff appreciated Dr. Radwan’s achievements, including, among others, his participation in the well-known matter regarding the dishonest referendum campaign, in which the authorities of Krakow sought to persuade the residents to have the Winter Olympics organised in Kraków, activities of the Allerhand Institute, and also his contribution to the reform of the bankruptcy and rehabilitation law in Poland as well as consultancy for, among others, the European Commission in drafting amendments to companies law.
