On April 9, Patrycja Wysocka, co-managing partner at KKG Legal, Katarzyna Kostępska, partner at KKG Legal, and Maciej Durbas, partner at KKG Legal, led the third workshop of the Legal Writing Academy series "Appeal and Complaints - How to Write Appeals?".
The following topics were discussed during the workshop:
- When to file an appeal and when to file a complaint,
- Case study: Complaint against an injunction.
The Legal Writing Academy is a 3-day masterclass, during which experts from KKG Legal share their years of experience, practice, and know-how and teach students how to write pleadings, organized in cooperation with ELSA Krakow.
