The 12th Banking Law Congress was held in Józefów on June 11-12, with KKG Legal as a partner.
This year’s edition, under the theme “The Bank Customer in the Era of Increasing Consumer Protection, AI, Social Engineering and Malware,” brought together representatives from the banking sector, academia, attorneys, and legal advisors working in the Banking&Finance field.
KKG Legal was represented by:
- Aleksandra Kuzawińska, senior counsel of KKG Legal, as a participant in the debate on the limits of customer protection, the scope of the information obligation to borrowers, the impact of CJEU case law on the protection of consumer rights.
- Marek Malciak, counsel for KKG Legal, as a speaker in a session on CCD 2 and the need to regulate limited liability companies in the consumer claims market (SKD).
The event was organized by the Polish Bank Association and the Center for Banking Processes and Information.
