On 13 October, in the ‘Rozprawy z prawem’ [Discourses on Law] series in Nowy Sącz hosted a conference entitled ‘Commercial Judiciary of the 21st Century – Expectations, Problems, Hopes’.
Mr. Kamil Zawicki, a co-managing partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, took part in the debate entitled ‘Good Practice in the Scope of Effective Communication and Cooperation of the Court with Professional Attorneys’ which was a part of the conference agenda.
Other points on the event’s agenda discussed such topics as, among others: the American perspective of the commercial judiciary, the role of the expert, the court, and the parties in hearing evidence from the expert opinion, and the direction of changes in the National Court Register. The conference was organised by the Regional Court in Nowy Sącz and the District Bar Council in Krakow.
