Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court is the oldest and most prestigious student competition in the area of investment arbitration. It is based on appearances before an arbitration court with the ruling bench composed of outstanding experts in the field of arbitration. The competition arbitrators are renowned practitioners and scholars in the field of international law and investment arbitration, including judges of the International Court of Justice, among others. The competition is exceptional  since it combines investment protection law, one of the latest and fastest developing areas of international law, with the history of international law and commerce. Participation in the FIAM presents students with a unique opportunity of acquiring practical lawyer’s skills.

We wish all the Team Members good luck!
