Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan Speaking at the Conference ‘Legal and Social Conditions of Family Policy’

On 22 September in Warsaw, Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, delivered a paper entitled Family Policy in a Decentralised System – Comparative Analysis and Conclusions for Poland in the frames of a scientific conference entitled Legal and Social Conditions of Family Policy organised by the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture and the Chair of Sociology of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

The main goal of the conference was an assessment of adequacy of various categories of family policy instruments on the grounds of systemic axiology of contemporary states, in particular the standards of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997 and on the grounds of international law and the law of the European Union.

The conference was held under the patronage of: Jarosław Gowin, PhD, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Professor Piotr Gliński, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and Ms. Elżbieta Rafalska, Minister of Family, Labour, and Social Policy.
