Jakub Bojarczuk

Expert in KKG Legal's Banking and Finance Practice, handling litigation in banking, finance, business and civil law. Works comprehensively throughout the entire stage of a dispute, providing services to both Polish and foreign clients. For many years, he has provided legal advice to entities in the financial sector, including banks and foreign lending institutions. He has represented commercial banks at the pre-litigation stage (negotiations, calls for payment, calls for settlement attempts), at the pre-litigation collateral stage, in trials, both on the plaintiff and defendant side, and at the enforcement stage. He has extensive experience in handling multifaceted civil and commercial cases.

He has co-authored a number of legal opinions for banks on European and Polish banking law, as well as consumer protection law. He specializes in cases regarding the sanction of free credit, in which he has been involved in drafting pleadings and representing lenders both before common courts, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He participated in the drafting of model loan agreements to ensure their compliance with current CJEU case law on prohibited clauses and the European Accessibility Act.

He has also represented financial institutions in disputes over unauthorized payment transactions, or disputes challenging variable interest rate clauses based on the WIBOR reference rate.

Co-lecturer of the "Artificial Intelligence" postgraduate program at the WSB-NLU Business School in Nowy Sącz (2023-2025) and expert training for banks and lending institutions on DORA and free credit sanctions, among others. Co-author of the Startup from the Ground Up educational video series under the Law4Tech Foundation (2023) and the Artificial Intelligence in Banking report under the Law4Tech Foundation (2025).
