She provides comprehensive consulting services to entities in the energy sector, covering both their current operations and investment projects, particularly in the fields of renewable energy and energy storage. Has experience in advising clients in the energy industry on regulatory and compliance issues, including reviewing and drafting specialized sector agreements, internal and corporate documents, unbundling issues, as well as in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and other public administration bodies. She advises on public procurement procedures and represents clients in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber. Participates in the litigation team in complex energy disputes.
She has also gained professional experience as an in-house lawyer, providing ongoing legal advice to commercial companies within a capital group on corporate matters as well as issues related to civil law, commercial law, and compliance.
She is a member of a social expert team focused on the regulation of the aesthetic sector and the profession of cosmetologist. She is the author of opinion pieces and a speaker at industry and media conferences on matters relating to the medical sector, as well as the regulation of the aesthetic and cosmetic markets in Poland.
