In the frames of the 14th National Conference Land and Mortgage Registers in Court and Bank Practice Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD delivered a paper entitled ‘Possibility of Undermining a Mortgage Entry under Article 10 of the Act on Land and Mortgage Registers’. The event held from 13 to 14 March was organised by Fundacja Na Rzecz Kredytu Hipotecznego [Mortgage Foundation] in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice.

The initiative’s objective is to provide an annual round up on the functioning of new provisions in practice and tackle the problem of transactions in the broadest possible group of specialist. The conferences constitutes a forum for an exchange of views and a round-up of experience between judges, court referendaries, and land and mortgage register users. Such an exchange leads to streamlining land and mortgage register proceedings which impact the quality of collaterals and the mortgage market.
