On 13-14 November, Warsaw hosted a training workshops entitled Tactics and Techniques of Court Dispute Prosecution organized by the Rzeczpospolita daily.

During the first day of the event, Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD and Kamil Zawicki, partners at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted a session entitled Communicating with Client – How to Talk to the Client to Win Their Trust and Obtain All Necessary Information. In the course of the workshops the trainers advised on an appropriate manner of communicating with the client to present oneself as a competent counsel in their case and on establishing the rules of cooperation to make it smooth and problem-free.
